Privacy · Hearth
Just a few details, kept with care.
When you search for a home with Hearth, you only share what we need to respond clearly and arrange a relaxed private viewing. No jargon, no unnecessary tracking.
What you tell us
Your name, a way to contact you and a few lines about the home you're looking for: neighborhood, light, authentic materials and lifestyle. That's all. We won't ask for anything else unless you choose to tell us more.
How we use your message
We use your message only to get back to you, send you a suitable selection and arrange a private viewing together. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep messages only for as long as the conversation about a home lasts. If you're looking for something else or ask us to delete everything, we'll delete it all—no questions asked.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we know about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete your information. Write to us via the contact page and we'll give you a thoughtful reply, person to person.
About basic analytics
We don't use urgency banners or aggressive tracking. If we count visits, we do so anonymously, simply to understand which stories about homes people enjoy reading.
Have a question about your data or want us to delete a message? Write to us and we'll work it out together, calmly and clearly.
