How to use this site to find a home in Bucharest or the surrounding area.

01

Who we are

Hearth is an editorial selection of distinctive homes in Bucharest and the surrounding area: light-filled apartments, family homes, and weekend retreats. We showcase thoughtful architecture and authentic materials, with a more considered pace of life.

02

What you'll find in our selection

The photos and descriptions show what it might be like to live in each space: the light, proportions, textures, and neighborhood. Details may differ slightly from reality, and availability is confirmed at the viewing. If a home is no longer available, we remove it from our selection.

03

Private viewings

Private viewings are arranged by mutual agreement, at a time that respects the home and its neighbors. Please let us know in advance if you're running late or would like to reschedule. There's no commitment required before you take your time to see the space.

04

How to contact us

When you fill in the contact form, please provide accurate details that belong to you. We use them only to reply and arrange your viewing. You can read our privacy policy at any time for details about data retention and your rights.

05

Using the site responsibly

• Browse the pages for personal information and to help you choose a home.
• Don't copy our text or photos without our written permission.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the site or access restricted areas.

06

Liability and updates

We do our best to keep information clear and up to date, but the decision to buy or rent is yours, following a viewing and your own checks. We update these terms when our selection or the way we work changes, and the version here is always the current one.
